Why we're taking the time to do it properly.
The diagnostic is being built against the firm's own observation base — the patterns I have watched play out across thirty-odd transformations over twenty years. Twelve questions is not many. Choosing the right twelve, and the right order, is most of the work.
Each question is being validated against external research and against my own field notes, to make sure the signal it reads for is the signal that actually matters. A question that feels clever and reads nothing is worse than no question at all.
The result, when it ships, will be a personalised reading generated with care — not a lead-magnet quiz, not a dashboard, not a grade. A short honest paragraph about where your transformation is, and what that is likely to mean six to twelve months out.
